The service was personalized and responsive at every stage. There was a sense that it was genuinely important that we were kept in the loop and when there was ambiguity or uncertainty Rane followed up immediately with the provider. We cannot speak highly enough of what transpired from start to finish. In the end it was more like discussing plans with friends than a business transaction. We had been advocates of doing our own travel but we will be using Reguson for our next getaway".
